I have been lucky enough to secure one of the 15 places on the Manuel de Falla Photography Workshop which takes place within the photographic activity surrounding the International Festival of Music and Dance of Granada.
Website of the course is here:

I am so excited to get started with the workshop as it will allow me to gain access to all the events of the FEX which hopefully will enable me to get some great images.

Time for a desktop makeover?
As I spent many hours editing/cataloguing my images on my computer I get bored of looking at my desktop image. So I regularly change the look by changing the image and I though I would share my top 3 sites to download free image for desktops. All the sites are also safe and free from adware and spyware ;-)

Film, whats that? (documentary)
I have just got these images back from the lab ( www.palmlabs.co.uk ) I was so excited waiting for them to arrive as I had forgot most of the images. This was a short 2 film (rolls) project based on the Alhambra. I wanted to capture people/tourists and also try and capture some of the beauty of the Alhambra.
Here are some of my favourite images:
All the images were shot on 35mm Film and I always refrain from editing them heavily in Photoshop, only the basic retouching to remove scaning artifacts, crop and straightening. I always feel that after a session with my film camera my eye and my vision improve.

Parejas shoot (portraits)
We had a nice shoot at the weekend with Vicky & Juan at the Nacemiento de la Villa in Antequera, it was really hot but I managed to escape with minor sunburn. My scottish skin does not take long to cook... haha. Here are some on my favourite images from the shoot.
